Who We Are
Diet of Worms clothing is the result of one man's passion for quality clothing, cool designs, and theology. We exist to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through clothes you’re not embarrassed to wear.
What Our Name Means
The Diet of Worms was an assembly convened in 1521 in the city of Worms, Germany. Martin Luther was called to recant his views and teachings. Standing up for what he believed to be the truth of the Bible he refused to recant and was deemed a notorious heretic. Despite being in the face of people with the power to burn him alive he stood up for what he believed to be right. Besides "Diet of Worms" being a generally cool phrase the story makes it even gnarlier. We strive for our designs to reflect that boldness.
What is the Gospel
We talk about existing to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, but what is "the gospel"? Gospel simply means Good News, it’s information outside of us. So the gospel of Jesus Christ is simply the news that Jesus was a real person in history, who lived a perfect life, died to pay the penalty of our sin, and proved His claims to be God true by rising from the dead. And all this He did for you and me. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
